Invisible woman
This is already a few weeks I have heard about this movie and its Soundtrack
What caught my attention first is history. Perhaps because of this feeling "invisible woman" some people make me feel, people that you appreciate, that you support, who you show perhaps a little too much affection and in turn forget you...
And then I learned that the brother of the director was Guillaume Teyssier (aka My Sister Klaus). This is one of the artists signed to Tigersushi I appreciate most.
I have discovered for the first time in a TV programm "Culture Club" on France 4 (at the beginning of France 4) when I watched still a little TV, he gave a little interview in which he cited his influences (including Cyd Barett if I remember correctly) and it had immediately hooked.
I've not seen the film (soon soon) but I listened and I love the soundtrack.

My sunny christmas present
Petite Fumée podcast - "Dollar Mambo gumbo" by Dollar Mambo
It's an exclusive Dollar Mambo's mix for Petite Fumée Blog with lots of color and love, my sunny present...
Dollar Mambo is an Swiss artist, born in Montreux. His Primary "education / influence," was of course the jazz festival in Montreux (Miles Davis first saw in 1984 to 11 years and has seen almost all the concerts). He started piano at 8 years (classical and jazz conservatory school) and integrated several formation (rock band at 16, first concert piano solo at 20, then a trio quartet trend free jazz experimental). It's in 2001 when he arrived in Geneva, that he was influenced by the electronic music thanks to the famous Mental Groove record.
His name is taken from the title of Paul Leduc's film. A movie realized in Panama where you find no dialogues but only music and dance to narrate the story. Like in the "seven dollar" album, all tracks have an authentic "south" colour.
Please Note his forthcoming releases :

J'en sais rien, viens, donne-moi la main
Tarwater - nexiste pas (Give Me Your Hand OST)
Give Me Your Hand (Donne-moi la main) is Pascal-Alex Vincent's first full-length feature with original soundtrack of one of my favourite bands Tarwater.
It's a film of "atmosphere" that demands the viewer's willingness to put visuals and music above dialog and allow the filmmaker to take some time to unfold his story unsophisticated but aesthetic and sensitive.
